Janet Fetchko (nee: Dougherty), 72, passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, October 7, 2016, with her loving family at her side. She was born in Bayonne and was a lifelong resident. Mrs. Fetchko was a transportation driver for the County of Hudson for 23 years.
She is survived by her beloved husband, James Fetchko; her loving children, Lynn Ann McCall (Robert), Laurie Ann Weimmer (Jason), Jennifer Lees (Patrick) and Stephanie Ruiz (Michael); her cherished grandchildren, Robert and Justin McCall, Reigne Cheatham, Patrick, Natalie and Jordan Lees and Michael, Samuel and Savannah Ruiz; and her dear sister, Christine Funk (John). She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Sarah (nee: Sugzda) and Joseph Dougherty; and her dear brother, Joseph Dougherty.
The funeral will be conducted by Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 4:00 p.m. Cremation will be private.
