Though I have not seen Scott for many years, he and my wife and I were once very close friends. In fact, he was an usher at our wedding. Scott and I shared many laughing hours beginning our freshman year at Yale and continuing through the 1960s in New York City. In 1969 we moved to Illinois, and saw one another only a handful of times thereafter. Nonetheless my memories are many and recalled with great fondness. I will miss knowing that Scott is around.
