Louise L. (Prezioso) Brogan

Louise L. Brogan (nee: Prezioso), 94, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 23, 2016, at Van Dyk Manor of Montclair.  Born in Bayonne, she was lifelong resident.

Mrs. Brogan was a custodian for the United States Post Office for ten years and was also employed by Westinghouse.

She was a devoted parishioner of the Parish of St. Henry and a member of its Rosary Society.

Mrs. Brogan was predeceased by her beloved husband, Edward Brogan.  She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her dear parents, Maria (nee: Tranchese) and Pasquale Prezioso; and her dear siblings, Casper (Sam), John, Thomas, Louis, Joseph and Pasquale Prezioso, Mary Guido, Rose Eberling and Elizabeth Ward.

The funeral will be conducted by Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc. on Wednesday, June 29, 2016.  A funeral Mass will be held at St. Henry’s Church at 10:45 a.m. followed by entombment at Holy Name Mausoleum, Jersey City.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Soup Kitchen c/o Blessed Miriam Teresa Parish, 326 Avenue C, Bayonne, NJ 07002.
