Theodore Clifford Francis

Theodore Clifford Francis, 82, of Bayonne, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2016, at Bayonne Medical Center. Born in New York, NY, Mr. Francis had resided in Bayonne for 45 years.

He was a retired social worker last employed at St. Ann’s Shelter in Hoboken.

He is survived by his longtime companion, Judith Anne Fleckner Martin, and her daughter, Natalie, his daughter, Pamela Kennedy, and his son, Tracey Francis. He is also survived by four loving grandchildren.

Private services and cremation took place on Friday, April 1, 2016.
