Ivy Laverne Fein

Ivy Laverne Fein (nee: Hitchen) passed away peacefully on Friday, December 4, 2020 at her Bayonne residence.  She was born in Bayonne to the late Wilhelmina (nee: Mastic) and Harry Hitchen, moved to Jersey City then returned to Bayonne in 1995.

Mrs. Fein was the Vice President of Import/Export Operations for H&M Clothing Designers International for many years prior to retirement.  She was also a regional supervisor of 14 restaurants in the Maryland and Virginia area.

Mrs. Fein loved cruising to Bermuda twice a year and enjoyed cruises in and around Europe.

She was also an avid gardener.

Mrs. Fein loved her animals and her constant companion Tiffany was always by her side.

She was a very caring, sincere, compassionate and loving person who will be missed by all.

Mrs. Fein is survived by her beloved husband, Jeffrey M. Fein; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by her dear brothers, Wayland, Richard and David.

Mrs. Fein had the most sincere and loyal friends who truly went above and beyond the norm of being supportive. They were a true blessing. 

A private cremation was conducted by Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc.  Inurnment of Mrs. Fein’s ashes will take place at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum at a later date.
