Mary Gallagher

Mary M. Gallagher (nee: McNulty) passed away peacefully on Friday, October 30, 2020 at Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains.  She was born in New York City to the late Mary (nee: Edwards) and Peter J. McNulty and was a resident of Cranford.  She was a customer services representative for the Avenue as well as Liberty Paper, Sizes Unlimited and Pengad.

Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband, Cornelius J. Gallagher.  She is survived by her loving and devoted daughter, Eileen Gallagher Tencza; her beloved sons, Robert Conrad, and his wife, Kathleen, and Kevin Gallagher, and his husband, Norbert; her cherished grandchildren, Tara Artuso, Ryan Conrad and Joe and Sam Lacey; six adoring great grandchildren; and her dear siblings, Peter and Arthur McNulty.  She was also predeceased by her loving son-in-law, Jack Tencza.

Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Sunday, November 1, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a service to follow. Cremation will be private.  Mary’s ashes will be interred with her late husband at Calverton National Cemetery, Long Island.
