Marion T. Cassidy

Marion T. Cassidy passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 24, 2018.  She was born in Bayonne to the late Marion and Andrew Cassidy and was a lifelong resident.

Ms. Cassidy was a devoted parishioner of Blessed Miriam Teresa Parish at St. Andrew the Apostle Church and a member of its Rosary Society.

Ms. Cassidy was an executive secretary for ExxonMobil, New York, for over 30 years and was later employed at Fleet Bank, Jersey City, in the same role.  She was also a member of the Exxon Annuitants’ Club.

Ms. Cassidy is survived her dear sister-in-law, Kathryn, and many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.  She was predeceased by her dear brothers, Francis and Andrew.

The funeral will be conducted by Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc. on Friday, March 2, 2018. A funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Miriam Teresa Parish at St. Andrew the Apostle Church followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.  Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Friday morning from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
