Yousria (Takla) Morcos

Yousria Morcos (nee: Takla) passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 22, 2019.  She was born in Alexandria, Egypt to the late Faykia Guirguis (nee: Iskander) and Fouad Hosny Takla and was a long-time Bayonne resident prior to relocating to Bridgewater.  She loved to sew, knit and was an avid reader.

Mrs. Morcos was predeceased by her beloved husband, Mounir.  She is survived by her loving son, Medhat Morcos, and his wife, Rebecca Cisek; her adoring grandchildren, Valen and Zara Morcos; and her beloved siblings, Samira Gabor, Ons Ayad, Soraia Bishay and Suzann Matta.  She was also predeceased by her dear sibling, Houria Ayad.

The funeral will take place on Wednesday, September 25, 2019.  Funeral services will be held at St. Mary & St. Athanasius Coptic Orthodox Church, Hillsborough, NJ,  with Mass beginning at 8:30 a.m. and funeral services beginning at 10:45 a.m., followed by entombment at Rosemount Memorial Park in Elizabeth, NJ at 1:00 p.m.
