Anna Mae Schell

Anna Mae Schell, 71, of Bayonne, died September 29, 2016 at home.  Born and raised in Jersey City, she lived most of her life there before moving to Bayonne.  She was an elementary school teacher for 30 years for the Jersey City Board of Education before retiring.  She enjoyed butterflies, the color purple and spending time with family & friends.  She was predeceased by her parents, Otto & Anna (Rozowski) Schell.  Surviving are her cousin, Kathy Nester, and dear friend, Frances Helen Farrant.  Visitation will be held on Monday, October 3rd from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Bayonne Memorial Home. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Bayonne, with interment to follow to Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.  Oliverie Funeral Home, Manchester is in charge of arrangements.
