Christina (Prato) Cilente

Christina Cilente (nee: Prato) passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at Peace Care St. Ann’s.  She was born in Jersey City to the late Christina (nee: Feliciano) and Louis Prato and was a long-time Bayonne resident.  She was an inspector for Western Electric for over 25 years prior to retirement.

Mrs. Cilente was a devoted parishioner of Our Lady of Assumption Church.  She had a deep love for her family and enjoyed trips to Atlantic City.

Mrs. Cilente was predeceased by her late husband, Augustine Cilente.  She is survived by her loving children, Francis Cilente, Augustine Cilenete (Rosanne), and Ann Marie Collins (the late Paul); her 13 cherished grandchildren; and two adoring great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her seven dear siblings.

Visitation will take place at Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc. on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a prayer service being held at 5:30 p.m. Private Cremation will follow. 

Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
