Helen (Buchta) Gatti

Helen Gatti (nee: Buchta), 90, passed away at her residence on Friday, January 27, 2023.  Born in Bayonne to the late Susan (nee: Kika) and John Buchta, she was a lifelong resident. She worked as a line worker at Best Foods, Bayonne, before retiring. She also worked at Western Electric, Kearny.

She was a devoted a faithful member of Grace Bible Fellowship Church.

Mrs. Gatti was predeceased by her husband, Angelo Gatti. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Wright, and her husband, Henry; her son, Philip Gatti, and his wife, Jasmine; her brother, Rudolph Buchta; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her siblings, John, Andrew, Benjamin, Vilma and Irene.

The funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 12:00 p.m. to for a committal service at the Brig. Gen William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ at 1:30 p.m.
