Joan M. Houston

Joan M. Houston passed away suddenly at home on Friday, December 5, 2025. She was born in Brooklyn to the late Joan (nee: Higgins) McQuillen and William Houston and was a long-time Bayonne resident.  She was an office manager at Barry, McTiernan & Moore, New York City.

Joan is survived by her beloved husband, Aladdin Bushrui.  She is predeceased by her dear siblings, Charles, William and Francis Houston.

The funeral will be under the direction of Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, December 12, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a service taking place at 5:30 p.m.  Private cremation will follow.
