Joan Kelly

Joan M. Kelly (nee: Carberry) passed away at Care One Oradell on October 6, 2023. Born in Bayonne to the Late Cecelia (nee: Kochanski ) and John Carberry, she was a lifelong resident.

Mrs. Kelly was a graduate of St. Vincent’s Hospital School of Nursing, New York City. She was employed for over 45 years as a registered nurse at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Staten Island, NY.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, George Kelly, and her dear brother, Thomas Carberry. She is survived by her sisters-in law, Roseann Kelly and Dolores Kelly.

A funeral service was held at the Bayonne Memorial home on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. Interment took place in the Carberry family plot at St Peter’s Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
