Joseph Richard McGinnis

Joseph Richard McGinnis, 58, of Sussex, passed away suddenly at his residence. Born in Jersey City to the late Helen (nee: McDonnell) and Joseph McGinnis, he was a Sussex resident for many years.

He was employed as a sales representative for Home Depot. Mr. McGinnis was a talented sketch artist and demonstrated his talent illustrating comic book characters.

He is survived by his  beloved, sons Noah and Gavin McGinnis; his loving sisters, Marianne Hamilton and Elizabeth McCreesh; his dear nephews and nieces, Samuel and Joseph Hamilton and Abigail and Rachael Maazzarella; his two grand nieces, Grace and Aubrey Hamilton; and his former caring wife, Cynthia Rossi. He was predeceased by his sister, Jeanne Mazzarella.

Private Services were held under the direction of Bayonne Memorial Home.
