Marie (Mulligan) Botyrius

Marie Botyrius (nee: Mulligan) passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, April 11, 2020, at her Monroe Township residence.  She was born in Jersey City to the late Florence (nee: Nisson) and Thomas Mulligan and was a long-time Bayonne resident.

Marie was a registered nurse and worked in the Operating Room at Bayonne Hospital for many years.  She was a member of the Bayonne Hospital Alumni Association.

Marie is survived by her beloved husband, Rimvydas Botyrius; her loving children, Michael Botyrius, and his wife, Susan, and Marie Foye, and her husband, Jay; her cherished grandchildren, Michelle and Renee Botyrius and Michael and Andrew Foye; and her dear siblings, Sissy Markowski, and her husband, Ed, Thomas Mulligan, and his wife, Jackie, and Richard Moreash, and his wife, Gloria.

Private services will be conducted by Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc.  Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
