Marilyn Skibbie

Marilyn Rose Skibbie (nee: Dundas) passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 6, 2022, at her Bayonne residence.  She was born in Jersey City to the late Helen (nee: Slagus) and William Dundas and was a long-time Bayonne resident.  She was a registered nurse at Bayonne Hospital for over 30 years.

Mrs. Skibbie was predeceased by her beloved husband, John S. Skibbie. She is survived by her loving children, John Skibbie, and his wife Camile, Lynn Keating, and her husband, Thomas, and Lori Ann Law; her cherished grandchildren, Thomas, Christopher (Krysta) and Michael Keating and Nicholas (Tina) and Tyler Law; and her adoring great grandchildren, Donovan and Talia Keating. She was predeceased by her dear son-in-law, Brian Law; and her loving brothers, William and Donald Dundas.

The funeral will be conducted by Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc. on Thursday, February 10, 2022.  A funeral Mass will be held at Blessed Miriam Teresa Parish at St. Andrew the Apostle Church at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island.  Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Mrs. Skibbie’s name.
