Robert Henry Graham passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at Ocean Medical Center. He was born in Jersey City to the late Elizabeth (nee: Miller) and Charles Graham and lived in Bayonne and Bergen County for most of his life. He was a diesel mechanic for over 30 years employed by Old Dominion and Carolina Freight
Mr. Graham proudly served the nation as a member of the United States Navy during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
In the past, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing and playing softball. Bob was an avid NY Giants fan and his hobbies included his daily crossword puzzles and watching baseball.
Mr. Graham was predeceased by his loving wife, Loretta Graham (nee: Bagordo). He is survived by his loving children, Robert Graham, Dawn Panzarelli, Richard Graham, Kim Bruno and Damon McCaffrey. Robert leaves behind 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren; and his dear siblings, Jack Graham, Geri Stout, Dorothy Fabian, and Wanda Zielinski, along with many nieces and nephews.
He was also predeceased by his beloved daughter, Kathleen Przybylski; and dear siblings Everett and George Graham and Carolyn Kozak.
A Memorial Gathering will take place at Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc. on Monday, July 2, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Military Honors will be held at 5:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
