Roy Lynch

Roy Lynch, 94, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 8, 2020, at his Bayonne residence.  He was born in Elizabeth and was a long-time Bayonne resident.  He was a plater for Singer and Company and was also employed as a maintenance worker at the Meadowlands.

Mr. Lynch proudly served the nation as a member of the United States Marine Corps during World War II.

Mr. Lynch was predeceased by his wives, Alice and Dorothea; and his daughter Maureen Pavelick.  He is survived by his children, Valerie Tyler, Jean Marie Jones, Ann Cope, Mary Alice Randall and Irene Lynch; his stepsons, Jay and Michael Chervenak; and his step-daughter, Lorraine Ernst.

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, private funeral services will be conducted by Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc.  A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date.
