Theresa Sullivan

Theresa Sullivan passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at her Bayonne residence.  She was born in Bayonne to the late Harriet V. (nee: Witczak) and Jeremiah J. Sullivan and was a lifelong resident.  She was the office manager at B. Eisler Company in Bayonne prior to retirement.

Ms. Sullivan was a devoted parishioner of the Parish of Blessed Miriam Teresa at St. Mary, Star of the Sea Church.  She was a member of its Rosary Society, a bingo worker, a member of the Centurians and a carnival worker.

Ms. Sullivan was predeceased by her dear siblings, Frank and Jerry Sullivan, Harriet Kachmar, and Mary Pavelko.  She is survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

The funeral will be conducted by Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc. on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.  A funeral Mass will be held at Blessed Miriam Teresa Parish at St. Mary, Star of the Sea Church at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.  Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Donations may be made to the Blessed Miriam Teresa Food Pantry.
