What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why Mark left this earth so soon, or why he left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that he died, but that he lived. And that his life gave everyone memories too beautiful to forget.
I can’t comprehend just how sad you must feel
For the loss of someone you love.
This sorrowful time must still feel unreal
And you’re looking for strength from above.
I hope, from my heart, that your pain will decrease,
That your spirit will gain strength again,
And I pray that your faith will create inner peace And that God will send blessings--Amen.

My deepest Heartfelt Condolences, thoughts & prayers for the Page family.
i first met Mark through our REAL NJ DEVILS FANS group. I had the pleasure, honor & privilege of meeting Mark,Mary & their awesome son Matty at a viewing party held on valentines day. I gladly rigged out raffle so matty would win a poster, jersey patch & signed photo. It puts a smile on my face when remembering the conversations i had with mark that evening, specifically when he thanked me for hooking matty up & that he had his eye on the patch. I fist bumped matty & said "i told you i had your back". The last time i saw mark & matty was the final game of the 14-15 season. We all waited together to meet johnny mac & enjoyed a few beers. Myself along with matty ran down from the goal bar to pick up a few pucks they were giving away that night to get signed. I was friends with mark on facebook & always looked forward to seeing his posts on my feed of all the wonderful things he & matty did together. They reminded me of my own relationship with my father & was a blessing to witness. I can only offer my love & prayers at this time to a truly, amazing man who is the very example of what all husbands & fathers should aspire to be. I will miss you my friend & i am honored to have known you for however brief of a time. Knowing you has made myself & anyone you know a better person. Love & Respect, Dom
