My very heartfelt condolences to Rose's family. I will always remember Rose as an extremely hard worker. I rarely remember encountering her when she was not "on duty"--whether it be at her various posts as crossing guard or as a cashier at Shop-Rite. In both jobs, she touched so many in the Bayonne community and will be deeply missed.

Rose brought so many happy moments in our lives and left us with a treasure trove of memories. We will never be able to forget her and the kindness she shared in a smile, a St. Michael Archangel pin or a tray of delicious cookies. May her soul rest in peace. We will miss you.

To the Loving Family and Dear Friends of Rose: On behalf of Rose's Police Department/Crossing Guard Family, please accept our heartfelt sympathy at the passing your beloved Rose Mary. Rose was truly a guiding light to the thousands of "her" students she safely crossed throughout her career. Rose will always be remembered for her smiling face and "Rosie" demeanor whenever encountered on "her corner" and in Shop Rite. May the Good Lord rest her soul and keep her in his well deserved loving care throughout eternity. The B.P.D.
