Wayne Peter Mahalson, 53, passed away at his residence on Thursday, March 19, 2015. Born in Bayonne, he was currently a resident of Linden.
Mr. Mahalson was Ramp Service Agent for U.S. Airways, Newark.
He is survived by his beloved parents, Anna (nee: Halecky) and Peter Mahalson; his dear sister, Lori Tierney; his cherished nieces, Danielle Vechione and Kaitlyn Tierney; and his loving grandnephew, Chase Vechione.
The funeral will be conducted by Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc. on Wednesday, March 25, 2015. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
